Happy Cabbage offers a number of solutions to support you in collecting new SMS opt-ins compliantly.

With either of the following solutions implemented, valid opt-ins will sync into your Happy Marketers database every 24-48 hours. Please note, only phone numbers found in the POS (or other integrated data source) and the opt-in data will appear in Happy Marketers upon sync.
1. Custom Opt-In Form
Upon request, Happy Cabbage will provide a URL for your custom opt-in form for your customers to opt-in to marketing. See the example shown below, where instances of "Happy Cabbage" will be replaced with the name of your business.
- Add a link or QR code (linking to form) on order confirmation texts or receipts
- Include a QR code at the register or on delivery driver devices
- Host this form on a kiosk in-store
- Embed or add a pop-up of this form on your website
2. Webhook Support for your own Opt-In Form
If you create your own opt-in form in-house, Happy Cabbage will provide the documentation and parameters for you to implement a webhook so the data collected in your form can flow through to Happy Marketers. Before your webhook can go live, Happy Cabbage must confirm that your SMS opt-in consent language is compliant.
3. Text-to-Start
Happy Cabbage will assign a phone number to your organization or store(s) to enable customers to text JOIN to the assigned number to be opted-in for text marketing from your dispensary.
