Product line order guide
Strain-based products are always in flux, and no one knows their menu better than your vendor. A product line order guide lets you two work together to keep your shelves stocked with what your customers actually want.

Adding product lines to an order creates a vendor guide that pulls together everything you both need to collaborate on an order. The guide includes:
-
Total units needed
- How many units total that you will need for all products you wish you to order from this product lines
-
Total cases needed
- If cases are set on product line settings, they will auto-calculate and be added to your order.
-
Desired depth (optional)
- How many products (strains or flavors) you wish to keep on the shelf for this product line
- Set your product line depth for this to add automatically to future orders
- Setting a desired depth updates the Send if available list to meet the desired quantity
-
Product line order notes (optional)
- Tell your vendor exactly which strains or flavors you want from their current menu.
- Include notes like, "Please provide a sample and display unit," or "Include one case of each strain."
-
Send if available list
- Your best selling strains that are low stock.
- This list will automatically adjust based on your number of products needed and desired product depth.
-
Do not send list
- Any discontinued products in the product line.
-
Current live inventory
- Optional to share with vendors when sending your order so they can stock similar products that sell well at your stores.
