Permissions
Only org admins have the ability to create or edit product lines.
There are automatic permissions around locations:
- Only admins (because they have access to all locations) can create/edit product lines
- Users will only see product lines that have data for locations they have access to
- Users will only see data for the locations they have access to when viewing a product line
