Recalculate order quantities
When you add products to your cart, the desired days on hand, lead time, and lookback period settings are synced from either the All Products or Product Line settings - depending on how you built your cart.
To instantly recalculate Units to Order in the cart, simply adjust Days on Hand or Lead Time and the order quantities will be recalculated based on of the sales velocity of each product.
Manually override units to order
You can also adjust your order quantities independent from the desired days on hand and lead time settings by manually entering your desired quantity in the units to order field.
Once adjusted, a reset icon will appear to the left of the units to order quantity. Clicking the reset icon will revert the units to order back to the calculation from the desired days on hand and lead time settings, resetting the manual override.
Update unit cost in cart
You can also modify the unit cost directly in your cart to reflect the current cost of your order. The estimated cost will be calculated accordingly.
Purchase request summary
Changes made to your order quantities are instantly reflected on the right side of the screen in the summary panel.
The summary can be viewed as for all stores together, or you can toggle on Separate by store to split your order for each location.
Note: If you adjust order quantities in your cart and then navigate back to a product view in Happy Buyers, you will see the cart icon change to a reset icon. This indicates that the order quantities have been adjusted in your cart and differ from the current view. Clicking the update cart qty icon here will reset your cart to the originally calculated value.
Export your purchase request
Once you are satisfied with your order, click Export PDF, Export CSV or Copy text to export your order, organized by brand and category in your selected format.
