Replenishment report
Alert your store team to what items need to be replenished, or moved from back of house to the sales floor, with a daily automated replenishment report email.
If you have already purchased product but it is not on the sales floor, you're losing cash with those out-of-stocks. Ensure the sales floor stays full by restocking products on this replenishment report to the sales floor.
These are SKUs that have backstock inventory that need to be moved to the sales floor today because these products are:
- Already sold out on the floor, or
- Expected to sell out today based on run rate
Items in excluded rooms are not shown — so everything in the 'replenish to sales floor' list is truly available to restock.
Automate a store-specific replenishment report to be emailed daily to a delegated team member
- Org admins can set up an email to send to anyone on the team – they do not need to login to a Happy Buyers account.
- The list can be checked daily at the start of each shift.
How to set up daily report emails:
- Click the settings icon on your replenishment home page quicklink, or navigate to the Org settings reports tab.
- Click Create report
- Name your report – we recommend including the store name
- Add Emails for all team members responsible
- Select one or multiple stores
- Note: If multiple stores are selected, all stores replenishment reports will be combined in a single pdf.
