Find your best selling products
- Go to the Products page

Set your desired Lookback period

View your brand leaderboard
- Go to the Health page
- Select the tab for Brands
- Toggle on Separate by store (optional)
- If on, use the store selector to filter by location
- Sort descending by Total profit (default) or Margin

Find your most profitable products
- Go to the Products page
- Set your desired Lookback period
- Sort descending on Estimated profit
* You can further refine by store, category, brand, and more
Reordering and restocking
Never miss an order for your fast-moving, high margin products, and make sure sales opportunities are missed by products getting lost in backstock.
View recently out of stock products
Navigate to your Home page and click the Recently out of stock quick link
Or, go to the Products page to filter manually:
- Set your desired Lookback period to 7 days
- Show Out of stock only products
- Toggle on Active products and set last # days to 5

View products that are soon to be out of stock
Navigate to your Home page and click the Soon to be out of stock quick link
- Select your desired Lookback period
- Show In stock only products
- Set Predicted days on hand to a maximum of 3

Get a list of inventory that needs to be replenished (backstock to sales floor)
The quick link applies a replenishment filter that looks at data deeper than on our accessible filters to make sure no products are missed.
Inventory optimazation
Follow these workflows to identify products or brands that are not as profitable or don't sell through as quickly as others at your store.
Navigate to your Home page and click the Low profit $ - consider discontinuing quick link
This quick link applies a low profit filter that looks at data deeper than on our accessible filters to calculate the bottom 20% of low profit SKUs of every category.
Identify overstocked brands
- Go to the Health page
- Click the Brands tab
- Sort descending by Predicted days on hand
* You can further refine by store
Create an overstock list for a category
For example, if are hunting for flower that has more than 45 predicted days on hand:
- Go the Products page
- Select the Flower category
- Set the minimum Predicted days on hand to 46
- Sort descending by Predicted days on hand
* You can further refine by store, category, brand, and more
Identify all products that are 30+ days overstocked
Navigate to your Home page and click the Overstock > 30 days quick link
Or, go to the Products page to filter manually:

Set your Carry status to All
- Select All cannabis categories
- Set the minimum Predicted days on hand to 31
- Sort descending by Predicted days on hand
* You can further refine by store, category, brand, and more
Identify dead stock
Or, go to the Products page to filter manually:
- Set your desired Lookback period
- Show In stock only products
- Select All cannabis categories
- Set Aged inventory cost to minimum $1
- Set Units sold to max 0
- Sort descending on Current inventory
Uncover products with aged inventory by units
- Go to the Products page
- Show In stock only products
- Select All cannabis categories
- Sort descending on Units aged 90+
- Open the Actions menu and customize columns if you do not see aging inventory in your view
Uncover brands with aged inventory by dollars
- Go to the Health page
- Select the tab for Brands
- Toggle on Separate by store (optional)
- Sort descending by Aged inventory cost
- Open the Actions menu and customize columns if you do not see aged inventory cost in your view
- Click into the Brand name to view how this data has trended over time
* You can also do this for stores and categories
Uncover products with aged inventory by dollars
Navigate to your Home page and click the Aging inventory < 60 days quick link
Or, go to the Products page to filter manually:
- On the left side filters, add a minimum Aged-inventory cost of $1
- Select preferred categories
- Sort descending by Aged inventory cost
