Use these workflows to figure out which products or brands are not profitable at your store, then decide the best way to move them off the shelves. Whether it's marketing, creating a promo, or getting credits back from the brand – move them through and don't make the mistake of over-ordering again. If too many products from a brand are not doing well - it might be time to cut the entire brand from your menu.
